The place was near to the Nagoya railway station. I stayed only one night because I followed my favorite japanese band’s tour. The staff was nice, the check-in at the desk with the tablets was simple, they help you if you don’t understand. Free drink bar, there is an elevator. The bathroom was clean (even at 1am) and there were a lot of stuffs to use it. There is a computer in the room and aou can have a headset and mouse at the reception.

Excellent staff. Helpful with booking my night bus, cancelling one night stay, purchase of subway day tickets at their desk. The night bus lounge is at the accommodation was very handy to use the facility for personal work or waiting for the night bus. Free coffee, tea, miso soup was yummy. VERY clean! Amongst all the Japan hostel stays, my allergies did not get excited at all here. Toilets, shower cubicles and powder room are tip top.

Sincere & hardworking staff who are always ready to help Hygienic environment & cozy sleeping area The only drawback is the luggage storage, being too small & once big luggages ties with locks provided, small luggages couldn’t get squeezed into the narrow slot Snores neighbours & indifferent matters in greeting others get environment a bit weird. But anyway, this depends on luck

This hostel is extremely affordable and given the cost I was expecting lower than average accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised at how great this hostel was! This is the first capsule hotel I have stayed at in japan that did not have curtains that entirely blocked the airflow. It was nice and cool in the hottest month in Japan. Overall, wonderful experience.
